One of our favorites among the hundred samples you can see and touch in matériO's showroom, the inflatable wood technique. The sample we have on display is quite suggestive but you can of course imagine many different shapes magically appearing when you want them to. A real revolution into design and interior architecture, this patented technology enables to inflate or suck up wood. Designs, texts, light, functions, shapes can appear... The material is first finely cut and is then glued on a rubber membrane to finally be attached to a sealed base.
