In 2020, we smooth it out
SawaDee Pee Maï 2020, to you, whether you’re being a simple reader interested by material innovation, a long time subscriber getting daily inspiration from our findings, or a future subscriber who only waits for the right projects to come before crossing the Rubicon. matériO wishes you a year 2020 full of roundness, sweetness, happiness. In 2020, we smooth it out, we make ourselves flexible, compliant, open, we listen to each other, we are sweet, calm, diplomatic… In other words… we grow up! In a world in need of tenderness, smoothness, which could turn rounder.
and we play...
To start this year on good bases (databases): a little quiz to win a year in heaven with a free subscription, granting you access to the thousands of extraordinary, unlikely materials selected by matériO. Then we have 20 invites for the upcoming Maison&Objet show (Paris.Villepinte). So, how do you play? And win? Really easy, be the most responsive person to answer to these two following questions :
• matériO database today counts (01/08/2020 at 5.12 PM) 8837 published materials ID cards. Out of these 8837 materials and/or innovative and uncommon technologies, tell us what seems to you to be the exact number of materials which can be qualified as "sustainable material"? (named as such by our Team)
• matériO organises every year the CPPC ( Chaptal Ping-Pong Challenge). This International Tournament last happened December 16 to 19, 2019. What is the name of the happy winner?
Your proposals are to be sent by a simple email to matériO. The first person to answer correctly both questions (or the first closest estimate) will win the big prize (one year subscription to our database), the 20 following answers will win invites to the exhibition Maison&Objet (worth 70€). Closing of proposals Saturday January mignight (Paris).
PS: Yes these questions are not easy, but a one year access to the thousands of treasures selected with love by matériO has to come with an effort. Ok, let's give you some clues: all the answers are hidden somewhere in our blog.
